How a session works
- Before
You send a short video of your kick. It's analysed before you meet, so the hour is all correction.
- Set up
A phone propped where it can see you, a ball, and room to move — indoors or out.
- On Zoom
Sixty minutes, one to one. You kick, and get corrected in the moment.
- After
You finish knowing exactly what to work on. The recording is yours, to rewatch any time.
Sessions run 7am to midnight Japan time — that overlaps almost every timezone.
